1.4 User Feedback

TheCove may collect your e-mail address when you contact our customer service and TheCove may use that e-mail address to contact you about your gaming experience with TheCove games and notify you about TheCove news and promotions. If you no longer wish to receive certain e-mail notifications, you may opt-out at any time by following the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of each communication or by requesting our customer service group.

When you make purchase in the Game with real currency, TheCove may collect certain payment information from you on behalf of our payment service providers. When you make purchase through third party platforms such as Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Huawei AppGallery, or any other store where you use, you will be required to provide certain payment and billing information directly to such third party platforms, and TheCove does not collect or store any payment information directly from you.

TheCove may provide you promotions, events, or opportunities to participate through the Games. Once you participate, TheCove will request certain personal information from you. 10.1 TheCove does not willingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age 13 or knowingly allow such person to use our Games. If you are in minor age, please do not send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address. 10.2 In the event that TheCove learn that TheCove have inadvertently collected personal information from under age 13 or minor age, TheCove will take reasonable measures to delete such information as quickly as possible.
